Warranty service and systematic after-sales support for ZJX technology products

  • ZJX technology determines whether the product is within or outside the warranty period based on the production date of the product returned by the user to the factory.
  • If any product quality issues occur during the warranty period, we will provide free repairs. If the damage is caused by improper operation during the warranty period, we only charge for the components and do not incur any repair service fees.
  • If the product needs to be repaired outside the warranty period, the user needs to pay for the cost of component damage, repair service fees, and transportation costs for the damaged product.
