The technical research and development team of ZJX Technology Co., Ltd. arrived at the customer’s project site according to the customer’s requirements. In the early stage, the entire project was evaluated and analyzed, and the key points and difficulties on site were fully analyzed. At the same time, the data was brought back to the headquarters for a special meeting to meet the customer’s technical requirements, response speed, and quality assurance standards, After 3 working days of simulated on-site testing by the headquarters and discussions at various department meetings, a reasonable solution was finally proposed to the customer.
Project content: Electrical control requirements for the waste heat recovery project of the burning kiln flue gas. General requirements: The waste heat system adopts a PLC control system, and the control system is equipped with two sets of upper computer systems. One set is located in the main control room of the burning kiln, and the other set is located in the decomposition main control room. Control requirements: The flue gas heat exchanger controls the water temperature by controlling the opening, manually setting the water temperature, and controlling the water inlet through a regulating valve.
The hot water produced by the workshop through the flue gas heat exchanger is transported to the workshop for heating the mother liquor through a collection pipeline. The hot water is indirectly heated by the plate heat exchanger and then cooled and returned to the kiln flue gas heat exchanger through the pipeline for reheating. The pipeline is equipped with a hot water pump to provide fluid power, and the start and stop of the pump are remotely and locally controlled.
The flow control instruments provided by ZJX Technology Co., Ltd. need to provide instantaneous and cumulative flow values, as well as instantaneous and cumulative heat values, on the PLC program.
The instruments provided by ZJX Technology Co., Ltd. need to measure the temperature and pressure on the pipeline and flue with remote PLC data collection points and on-site display. At the same time, after remote data collection, the PLC program needs to provide downloadable duration data reports.
Finally, through the unremitting efforts of the project coordination team of ZJX Technology Co., Ltd. and multiple effective coordination with customers before and during sales, the completion of this project was successfully completed.
